About Taoist Tai Chi™ taijiquan

Taoist Tai Chi™ taijiquan is an exercise consisting of slow and graceful movements which promote health, relaxation, and flexibility. People of all ages can benefit from it.

The gentle movements of Taoist Tai Chi™ taijiquan reduce tension, improve circulation and balance, and increase strength and flexibility.

Over time, these internal arts reach deep inside the body to benefit the entire physiology and restore the calmness and peace of mind often lost through the excessive desires and anxieties of daily life.
